Fourthly, make sure that you are chewing the food at least 10 times before swallowing it in. This would help your body to break down the food in stomach with ease.
Lastly, eat slowly. Give proper time to eating and chewing food. When you eat in hurry, you tend to swallow lots of air also which results in bloating.
5.Cut Down the Sugar
The first thing you need to do is discard all those packaged drinks from your fridge. Instead, eat fruits in their raw form or prepare fresh juice at home as that you not contain any artificial colors or sugar. Even when it comes to eating cakes, go for the ones which contain dark chocolates and less of the sugary content.
