While exhaling, come back down to the posture of high lunge and reach out to put your left arm forward and right arm back. Inhale while coming back to center. Repeat the position for 10 to 20 times before repeating the exercise on the opposite side.

From a supported warrior three with the left finger prints on the ground and right leg on the block or the ground. Now, you have to lift the right arm with fingers pointing straight towards the ceiling. Stay in the same position for the time till you have taken 5 deep breaths. Repeat the same position on the left side.

From a standing position, reach your arms forward high towards the ceiling and sink your hips a bit. Now, look down in front of your knees. You should be able to view your toes with ease. If you are not able to see them then sink your hips a bit more till the time your toes are in the view. Also, make sure that your shoulders are dropped away from your ears. Your arms should not be touching the ears while they are pointing up. Maybe, you can even try to turn the corners of your face up and maintain that position for 5 deep and long breathes. Repeat this posture for 5 to 10 times each day.
